Accommodation rules

Check-in

• Guests can arrive between 14:00 and 20:00 (individual arrangements can be made in advance).

• Upon arrival, guests will receive keys and basic information about the accommodation.

• Accommodation is only available upon payment of the full amount for the stay.

Check-out 

Guests must leave the apartment no later than 11:00 (individual arrangement possible).

Before departure it is necessary:

• Close the windows and doors.

• Take out the garbage in the sorted waste.

• Return the keys as agreed (in person or in the mailbox).

Cancellation policy

• More than 7 days before arrival - free cancellation.

• 3-7 days before arrival - cancellation fee of 50% of the price.

• Less than 3 days before arrival or no-show - cancellation fee of 100% of the price.
